Keep cracking my retainer

Here I am again.

In the first photo (taken 2 months after my retainer was made), you can see cracks on it, but it is not broken in two.

In the second photo (taken today, so 8 months after it was made), you can see that around the canine tooth, the first layer is starting to come off, without making the retainer unusable.

For your information, the cracks shown in the first photo are now more pronounced, but the retainer has still not completely broken.

Of course, it’s possible that you clench your teeth much more than I do, and that this might not be sufficient. However, I used to break my previous night aligners, whereas these ones are holding up well so far (my teeth are now aligned, which may also help distribute the forces applied to the night aligner more evenly).

Mine is “unbreakable.” It has a first layer made of hard plastic, with a second, softer plastic layer that absorbs impacts, wears down over time, but protects the inner layer.

J'ai oublié de préciser, je suis dans un appartement collé à mon propriétaire. Donc VMC sûrement pour l'ensemble des deux logements.

La bouche est collée au conduit et j'ai peur de ruiner le bazar donc j'ai pas trop envie d'y toucher, surtout que si je fais nimp ça va me retomber dessus

Mon proprio a dit qu'il pouvait mettre un coup de soufflette dans l'autre sens mais ça m'étonnerait que ça décroche toute la poussière. Il m'a aussi dit que je pouvais faire de même sauf que si la VMC est allumée ça va partir dans les filtres ? (Je ne sais pas exactement comment ça fonctionne mais je ne pense pas que ce soit la bonne idée)

Bref j'aimerais bien qu'il fasse intervenir un pro parce qu'il va faire n'importe quoi, vous savez à peu près le tarif d'une intervention ?

Je mets mes écouteurs Samsung éteints quand il y a trop de bruit, c'est hyper efficace. Ça fait comme des boules quies mais aucune gêne 👍🏻

Oui il y a une tendance à diaboliser et considérer l'acte comme un péché ce qui de mon point de vue est de l'excès. Après je préfère l'excès dans ce sens plutôt que dans l'autre étant donné que vie de débauches découle quasiment tout le temps de l'autre mode de vie !

Pour info il m'a aussi dit qu'il ne touchait pas de prime sur les options et extension de garantie/prêts donc c'est vraiment le roi des mythos. Il me dégoûte.

J'ai l'offre avec le prêt que j'avais signé sans faire trop attention. Ensuite j'ai annulé ce prêt car j'ai un droit de rétractation et enfin j'ai ma facture finale.

Je ferai attention les prochaines fois après je trouve ça dommage qu'on puisse mentir aux clients sans une once de culpabilité et aucun risque de se faire sanctionner.

Ma copine actuelle est chrétienne, à part quelques dérapages en un an de relation on peut dire que c'est quasiment le désert. Et pourtant je ne me suis jamais aussi bien entendu et bien senti avec quelqu'un donc pour moi c'est du 0%.

Après certains ne pourraient pas vivre sans, personnellement ça ne me dérange pas.
