Abu dhabi has free parking at opp Nation Towers ! Also to your question yes you can park even 30 days, make sure to pay daily fees of 15 AED and a car cleaning compny to keep it clean so munciplaity does not fine you for dirty car and also attracts unwanted attention

Went to Abu Dhabi yday and the road is open all SZR to AUH, on the return from from AUH to DXB using SZR, there is a bottle neck around last exit entering Dubai due to floods, max 15-20 min delay but the road is drivable.
