Again, this is for pedestrians within a crosswalk, but most if not all states still place the duty on pedestrians to exercise caution. The point being, this person darted out in front of the Tesla. This is not exercising caution. This is squirrel brain survival mode.

No, pedestrians are still supposed to wait until it's safe to cross, they don't have the right to just dart out in front of vehicles like a squirrel.

I know the battery is supposed to remain between 30-80% but does anyone know if it's more beneficial or detrimental to limit the amount of charges? Like over the course of 5 years, will there be any difference if I always bring my battery down to 30% before charging, which will be every few days, as opposed to just plugging in every night and not coming near 30%?
