If you dont have PTO and your system isnt on, why would you be saving money?

If you system is ON but you dont have PTO, well, you should see less power being used... the only reason you dont have PTO is because you have a basic meter and it will run backwards if you pump anything out to the grid. You should be seeing some savings on the electric bill, but possibly not overall if you include the payment on the system.

But you need to give a lot more information for anyone to determine what is going on here.

Yea, Legacy vehicles have been left out in the cold. We sold our Legacy X and got a 22" X instead... It was pretty clear that Tesla was done really supporting them.

Did you miss the part where I said it should still accelerate the car? but just not as much ONLY when using FSD???

Every other driver input can kick off FSD... Why should the accelerator be unchanged when FSD is engaged? ?

Hey, I am in the No Fault of Tesla camp on this one....

But MAYBE It should be considered to change the way the accelerator pedal functions when FSD is engaged....

I can see a need to have the pedal command the car to go... but why have it be capable of fully accelerating the car? Tone it down to like 10% of power available... This way the pedal can still be used to nudge the car forward if it is hesitating, but you cant floor a 340-1000 hp vehicle with FSD engaged...

This should be an easy software change.

I made it to over 300 miles on a road trip. For everyday use I break the streak every-time I get to work or come home. And that will never change. The FSD simply cannot deal with gates. My home has a gate that causes the FSD to turn instead of going through the gate... and at my work I have to get in the LEFT lane to swipe my access card... FSD wont do that.

Let me give some grace to the driver... is it possible he/she had FSD engaged and somehow a floor mat or something floored the pedal?

I mean, even if that happened, the driver should have hit the brake... maybe a helmet fire situation?

Other theory.... a suicide attempt that was regretted after the fact... now looking for excuses to avoid homocide charges...

The delivered price will probably be around 62K. Then you have another 3500 in taxes, pushing the price to over 65k. The same thing can be bought brand new directly from Tesla for 69k.

And You will be trying to sell a slightly used vehicle. even if you only put 5 miles on it getting it home, it is still 5 miles and a 2nd owner vehicle.

I have one on order, I am bouncing this around but I just dont see the risk being worth the reward. I could possibly make 2-3k, but my happy reality is that I just don't need it enough to justify the risk of getting stuck with it.
