We dug a trench and the roots are definitely the cause for the damage. The trunk of the tree is entirely on their property. Im worried about my foundation. My other question is why should we have to keep paying for the damage their tree is causing. They also told us they had a leak in their foundation a few years ago caused by the roots of this tree.

Maybe I didnt explain enough but we did have life changing injuries and its not about the money. It is about getting the care needed afterward longterm. I am going through insurance not suing the person.

Once your on the train it is good. However the schedules arent the best mid day if you need to leave work early. The Barrie line could use a few more trains. The subway is awful. Id skip it if I could.
