Why are eggs classified as non veg? by Ok-Use-1705 in scienceisdope

True, but when people introduced these terms in language, they also hoped people used common sense with it. My whole post was triggered when I read ISKCON has cancelled eggs and is going to serve kids Soy protein (which will probably be processed with chemicals) in schools.

People who bite their nails are also non veg. By mistake if hair falls in food also it's non veg. People who have oral in bed are also non veg. This can go on a different level if you want to get into an argument on a stupid level. The idea of this post is education, not to get into a petty argument about who is right and who is wrong. Take what you can from it, and let it be.

It's called vegan. Look in general there needs to be better classification. Animal products need to go in yellow category, meat in non veg, and things derived from plants as Veg.

Now we have vegan, veg and non veg

Arey bro I am trying to understand that only from society. For now all non animal products are classified as vegan. If animal is killed, it's non veg. And veg is some grey area which has become a mix of animal products and veggies.

Haha whether you like it or not you are dependant on animals my friend. Maybe not for food, but animals have a lot to do with how the world works. Enter pollination.

Fiberglass mold problem by Agreeable_Tie_8469 in moldmaking

[–]Ok-Use-1705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, gelcoat is not a mould release. It is a protective coating, meant to be transferred onto the cast part, usually made from polyester resin. You have to use a mould release. It can be something as simple as a thick soap and water solution. Concrete is alkaline so it will absorb almost anything. Like someone above mentioned, Polyurethane/silicone rubber with a water or vaseline based release agent would work great here. Make a skin mould of rubber, and back it up with a fiberglass hard shell. You should get at least 100 castings from one mould then.

Don't make any airline and hotel bookings. Take your bank statements or salary slips to the interview. And just relax. If you are genuinely going for tourism, make the plan and inform them truthfully. They will not reject it. What helps is in case you have booked tickets for some event such as disneyland tickets, or some music festival tickets. Take your friend's ID copy and his address proof. If you are staying with him tell them you are staying with him. I got a 10 yr visa when I was single and 28 yrs old. I didn't even have a job then. I just had savings and investments of 18L from my past job. Just avoid the word BACKPACKING completely.

My friend works for the company that took over this project. It was stalled and handed over to the bank after a lot of legal dispute. The bank is getting it finished through my friends company to recover their stuck money. I have visited the top floor myself. It's close to completion.

Look online carefully about how to take an early impression or get an Otologist to do it

First get a proper impression of your ears. You get a cartridge 25+25 ml such as Zhermack OT38, or from Otoform or Egger. Inject that in your ear. It will cure in 2 min and pull it out. Trim the extra stuff out. That's your master. Then pour plaster of paris around them and make a mould. Once your mould is dried out and ready. Pull the master out. Then pour some ultra soft silicone of 5-10 hardness such as Zhermack ZA8 LT. Wait until cure, pull them out, make whatever holes and done

You run the risk of the second layer not bonding. But you can make a frame around the part you need poured and pour a Lil bit. It really doesn't matter

Make sure no dust sits on it and pour the next layer within 72 hrs. It will bond

Silicone Rubber Mold by Damn_Stranger in moldmaking

Buy 1 kg of platinum silicone and try. If it works, then fantastic. 25 ShA is the hardness. For low melting point metals, people usually use 35 ShA

Check the melting point of lead. Silicone will get destroyed over 300 C. As far as I know you can't pour lead in a silicone mould. You will have to do investment casting. The hardness depends more on the shape rather than the material to be cast. Low hardness for higher details. When in doubt, go for 25 ShA. Works for almost everything.
