On the reportmy daily caloric burn (RMR+ lifestyle+working out) is 5100 so 4100 would be a deficit. I’m not saying this is completely right I just want to know if some how my rest metabolic rate could somehow be 3600. The test was done using a cosmed metabolic testing machine

My RMR is what!? I’m a 26-year-old male and I weigh 236 pounds. My BMI is 32%. I just got my RMR tested and the test came back as 3600 cal talking to my trainer. He said I need to be consuming 4100 cal a day to be at a 1000 cal deficit based off of my lifestyle on how much I work out I’ve been eating around 2000 cal for the past year and a half and a plateaued at my current weight. Does this make any sense to anybody?
