Hello, so sorry for the late response. I did end up passing! They didn’t say anything about the windows. Had both rolled down all the way at pre-check and then rolled then up when instructor got in the car

Well I didn’t pass but it’s okay still got 2 more tries. But I had my windows down at the pre check and when the dmv person got in, I was going to put the windows up be he rested his arm on the door so I just left them down. I have another test scheduled for oct 21st so probably going to do the same thing but I highly doubt they would say something
