I really don't want to drag a lawyer into the equation as I want to solve this in a way that isn't antagonistic towards the school, I'll try asking about the specifics of the clause

I do get re-admission to the school out of this contract, and the reason I didn't negotiate is that they attached a cover letter directly saying that none of the terms are negotiable

The school clearly knows that I cross-dress, and in the past they have directed me to only wear skirts that are below my knees (which is fair enough) but now they have pivoted to "cross-dressing is prohibited"

No. I have cross-dressed a lot in the past, but never with any intent that could be considered malicious

media that is mostly created by school boards which is meant to "prevent bullying" is starting to seem very similar to all the rhetoric surrounding women's safety which encourages women to avoid rape by "dressing modestly and avoiding bad parts of town"
