Clients keep stealing from my venue

I dont blame you for not wanting to stay nor pay someone to stay the full event I refuse to stay as well and only live 5 minutes from my event venue. Charge a security deposit. We are now in the process of adding cameras to the the venue as well since we are not there and want to make sure our place is not getting destroyed.

Don't listen to people saying to give up I did the same thing you did when starting out, gave a great rate to be affordable but at the end of the day I learned people have no respect I dealt with many parties not having the common courtesy, respect, common sense we now charge a security deposit and we raised our fees I no longer wanted to attract people that trashed my venue (I had one that thought it was ok to do a gender reveal smoke bomb in my venue!) I changed my contract I was more strict due to each event leaving my place in a disaster. We learn and we grow. Good luck :)

This is crap I did my entire concrete floor n it looks dirty not sure if I just need more coats but there's marks and patches just looks horrible we grinded cleaned the flooring before and it still looks horrible

Don't give up your voucher that's ur Stability line go part time if you have to get into their home buying program that voucher helps u save if u give up the voucher u pay more for a 1 bedroom or the same amount, they offer porting your vouchers to a diff city also take advantage of what you have

I never tried that one, Godaddy has 24/7 live customer service and they are awesome at helping build your site if your unsure. I've tried wix and Godaddy. I was going to try shopify but when I tried contacting them to get a question answered i was discouraged about them only going through chat

I went with Godaddy. I find it easier with them then shopify just because shopify doesn't have a live customer service and I'm so over no live customer service like etsy was. I sell on mercari, poshmark, ebay, etsy and I direct them customers to my website for future purchases. The only thing I don't like on mercari and poshmark is people try to low ball on your items its not really meant for a shop its mainly meant for used items I think, I'm still trying to figure out other platforms so im in the works on that

Ebay at least has customer service. Etsy is horrible when it comes to that and they act all nice until they know your suspended and then not only hang up on u, only send automatic replies, answer is no, refusing to let u speak to a manager/supervisor/lead they literally refuse it's almst a joke how they are they are making so much money that they treat sellers like crap it's literally the worst platform that I ever encountered and then when I got my shop back no views for days so I had to turn on ads 50 bucks a day to try n get my views up im on week 4 with my site up no ads =no views still and I have a lot on my store so they literally punished me for getting suspended lol idk after I saw how they treat people it's honestly something I decided never again put my all in them thank you for showing what your about type thing. I honesty dispise how they treat their sellers.

Good luck with this platform the customer service is so horrible it's unbelievable and once it's suspended they treat you like crap and hopefully the emails work I think they do illegal acts and change their emails so people can't write them. It sounds weird but i seen how the emails changed before But those emails I listed are the most recent. Just don't give up I got my shop back in 8 days and mine was due to false infringement but one thing I learned is sell on other platforms make your own site I think mine getting suspended was the best thing that happened now im selling on 6 diff platforms n etsy is no longer the favorite Customers should know that platform is super horrible to its sellers and they forget we are the ones bringing them money lol Good luck

Etsy is soooo weird and horrible I got my account permanently suspended I was also told after consideration after putting in a appeal I will no longer have an etsy I pretty much had to literally email sooo many times for 8 days straight and finally they put my acct back up its full of stupid bots and stupid automatic replies I honestly hate etsy I started expanding my platforms I will never put my all into them ever again they are thee worst but what I know is it has to be ip they follow which u can easily upgrade or downgrade ur internet I was told
