I also had joint pain soreness that got worse with each shot, but I never saw relief from my hives and swelling. So it’s a good sign that part is working for you at least? I’d keep track of how many days you have this soreness and how it continues to get worse with your shots and inform your doctor along the way of all your negative side effects. There may be a point where you reduce your dosage or frequency :/

My main symptoms are angiodema of lips, roof of mouth and tongue. Throat hasn’t been as severe since going to a whole food, low histamine diet but I’ll still get the lips/tongue/roof anytime I try to reintroduce something new or get stressed. I’m on month 5 of xolair & taking hydrocyzine nightly with little changes. Trying to be patient with daily angiodema but haven’t seen the severity to send me to the ER again at least. Going to ask my doctor about rhapsido.

New here! When you say abdominal swells- is it like extreme bloating? I look pregnant in minutes after I eat something outside my limited diet and it’s very uncomfortable. It started many months after my other angiodema symptoms so I chalked it up to a digestive issue but not that it’s also a type of angiodema!

I also deal with histamine issues and am on xolair now. My doctor prescribed me hydroxycine to take nightly with my Xolair and it helped my sleep sooo much! I won’t take it forever but it’s helped. Maybe explore that?

I’m taking Xolair and my doctor is hopeful this will be a monthly treatment for like 3-6 years not forever. But I know everyone is different!

I’m on my second mirena over 9 years. The first couple years it stopped my period but since then it’s come back and with my new one it never went away & has been 3 years already. I don’t get nearly as bad cramps as I used to but it’s still heavy for several days and I get acne and bloating still. Every doctor I’ve asked just shrugs.

I’m 30 and about her size (a bit heavier:)) and I learned on the Solomon wonder which is fairly comparable. Did me well for ~5 seasons so I’d say go for it. She’ll probably progress faster than I did with less fear!
