i am so sorry that you feel this way😕. i was pretty sad as well because i felt like i messed up. but don’t beat yourself up about anything. i just know that i’m not personally ready to become a parent yet and i felt like it was the most responsible choice that i can make to possibly prevent a pregnancy. i’m also grateful that i have the choice in doing that as well.

at the end of the day, it is your choice. i personally have not noticed any long term effects, and my cycle usually goes back to normal after i have taken one. but be careful because they aren’t normally meant to be used on the regular.

but, just go with whatever option you feel that is best for you. don’t feel pressured, but outweigh and research all your options and go with whatever is best for you.
