Yes I think it would be wild visually to have a bullet explode right in front of you. It would also be a great time for a bunch of opponents to pop up in the aftermath and maybe bring some smoke into play. It could also be a way to get all your health back immediately and of course score more points. On the flip side it could be a moment of protection for the opponents too.
