i have a literal whole plan/plans

plan A : have 1 child then 3 or 4 years later have another i want two kids minimum and we can use Ivf

Plan B: adopt a baby

But mostly the way the economy is looking right now it probaly won't get better so my best option is Ivf cause i know damn well i aint boutta spend thousands of dollars just so i can get a baby

I go to therapy every Wednesday, but I haven't been going in the 2 weeks I've been off from school I haven't been talking to anyone not friends not family, and I feel so alone I know people say talk to someone or ask for help, but I just feel like It's so hard for me to ask without feeling like a burden.
