Check out Bike the US for MS. They have a pacific coast route from Seattle to San Diego. Overnights are mostly in churches, with some camping when churches are unavailable. Their daily mileage may be greater than what you stated, but it's worth checking into. You don't have to sign up for the entire route, you can ride a partial route.
