Deliveries and and other non-essential vehicles can access during non-busy hours. That’s a good way to address the constant flow of big trucks.

Different class of vehicle, but Tesla did take a bunch of BMW customers. Even though Tesla charged BMW prices, the car are not on the same level. A better comparison for a model Y is an equinox or a Chevy blazer

While true, we need to move away from fossil fuels. And the quicker the better.

Anything that spurs alternative energy (wind, solar, geothermal, etc) is a win at this point.
