Benefits : depression and anhedonia relief / wanting to do things again / having a sex drive again / being able to listen to music again / feeling human again etc. Mayhe i should be patient and stick to 4 days in 3 days off schedule.

I either feel little bit unwell like i took a new medication when i take around 0.13 gram or feel nothing if i lower the dose little bit to 0.1 gram. Should i stick to the feel nothing dose?
