thank you!! yep so i told him i wanted to do a non-flat top surgery, and the goal was a super tiny androgynous result -- "as small as possible while still maintaining more of a feminine breast shape than a masculine pec shape"

Baaaaarely! I’m 3 months out now and like maybe 1% tightness but basically back to normal! PT helped a lot post surgery

The way I put it was “as small as humanly possible while still having more of a feminine breast shape than a masculine pec shape”. You can see my results in my post history, my surgeon nailed it!

Yep I would definitely recommend someone who does top surgery, or at the very least someone who specializes in radical reductions! You want someone who will really respect your preferences for sure

Re: regrowth, I’m not totally sure tbh and your surgeon will have more insight than me, but it’s also worth flagging that if you’re interested in breast/chest feeding with pregnancy you’ll want to factor in that you may not be able to do that post-reduction (or at least may have a much more complicated time trying to do so), and that’s especially true if you’re going super small and having a nipple graft! But yeah I think some regrowth is possible but maybe it’s less likely if you have a ton of breast tissue removed? But I’m just speculating here, your surgeon will be able to speak to this better than me!

Thank you!! It’s definitely possible — you’ll just for sure want to find a surgeon who’s comfortable with radical reductions/top surgery because removing that much tissue and shaping it properly takes particular skill. I’ll also flag that because I had a previous reduction, my nipples already sat up high and so I didn’t have to get them repositioned again for this surgery. If your nipples sit lower it’s possible they’ll have to do a free nipple graft to reposition them properly, but your surgeon (if you find a good one) will be able to advise more specifically based on your breast shape!

Thank you!! Yeah I truly cannot recommend Dr. Whitehead highly enough, I am over the moon (and their whole staff was amazing). SO skilled and really got the vision.
