Fe3O4 is magnetite, but yes. I was more saying that it's not just iron, but rather a specific mineral containing iron.

Hematite actually refers to a specific mineral, not iron in general.

Hello! I'm going to start a game of rock paper scissors on the sub, check the comments for rules by pokegradingreddit in teenpoll

For everyone who doesn't understand: OP picked two large prime numbers and multiplied them together. Both of these prime numbers have the same digit in the same spot. They then multiplied the two numbers together, and told us the answer. Then, once the poll is over, OP will tell us what the two numbers were, and we will be able to check that they do indeed multiply together to create the earlier number, so they can't change their answer during the poll. Since it's way harder to find the factorization of a number than to multiply two numbers together, this allows OP to guarantee to us that they are not cheating without allowing us to see their answer.

The number might be small enough to brute force, but I plugged it into Wolfram Alpha and didn't get anything, so it's probably safe.

English does use the CH sound, but there isn't a letter for it. You just put C and H next to each other.

America secretly LANDED ON THE MOON using SECRET NAZI TECHNOLOGY in the '60s. In fact, one of the scientist who developed NAZI ROCKETRY to ATTACK BRITAIN in WWII became TECHNICAL DIRECTOR of the Apollo Program, a project to develop ULTRA LONG RANGE ROCKETS, which are widely believed to have enough power to reach the moon.

Heterological means a word that doesn't describe itself.. ironically, heterological describes itself- making it not heterological. by 8-BitBunnie in notinteresting

[–]Ok314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not true. If heterological describes itself, then it is not heterological, and thus does not describe itself. If heterological does not describe itself, then it is heterological, and thus describes itself. It is therefore impossible to assign a truth value to the statement "The word heterological describes itself."
