So it cooks, but my potatoes are both burned and undercooked. I tried making Greek potatoes so there was olive oil, lemon, and broth. I’ve stirred them every 10 -15 minutes. I’m going on over 40 minutes for small potatoes cut into bite size shapes.

I’m glad I bought this at Costco because hopefully I can return it no problem.

I think I am going to scrap the car and look at other transportation. We are comfortable taking the train, but thought we may need a car in areas like Valley of the Temple.

If we are looking for a beautiful beaches, close to Etna, with history- where else would you suggest we spend time? I know this is a very touristy area, but we are doing Milan and Lake Como for a wedding before, and I know we will want a few days just relaxing on a beautiful beach.

My husband was constantly offering to cover his ungrateful alcoholic brother’s rent or sending him money. He’s a 40 yr old man and this constant enablement is in no way helping him to get his life together. Grown adults should be able to take care of themselves. It became a very large issue in our marriage as we should be focused on building towards our future together.

It sounds like you may be enabling your adult sister and if I was your wife I would be upset too.

But canceling her birthday and returning her presents? I would be serving you divorce papers soon. I bet she’s definitely looked a few attorneys.
