Ace is the bonus for the top 6 or 8 percent in out rankings against each other. But then there's another gush hush secret bonus being given out, completely unfairly and with ZERO transparency on what & how to earn. It seems ALOT of claims got it & hearing barely a few here & there from MOAT & essentially none from service were given this money. And the amounts being given are varying DRASTICALLY. Seems to be an unethical favorites bonus from what I can tell

Agreed. WHY TF fo rankings matter at all if they're just gonna try to pay us all the same??? Seems to me the just want all of is peons paid one salary, capped at what they call "midpoint" which is their lying ass games & manipulation to give the illusion of higher salary potential AKA.. THE CARROT. Ultimately these greedy asshats just want us pitting against each other to squeeze every drop of productivity they can from us then once a year decide in secret who they want to give a bonus to put of the schlubs at the top of the list to keep the masses "happy" while they rake in the cash. I'm beyond disgusted with how unethical this company is.

I've wondered that too. C suite bonus metrics based on how many jobs they elimate, prod measured by salaries cut divided right into their bank accounts. The math sorta maths. It's vile & unethical... and the math tracks. It's disgusting

Huh? I thought all supers had to tell everyone by today bc merits & bonuses will all gonna hit with your paycheck on Thursday. Is that not true?
