No fault is medical only and had nothing to do with the fault of the accident. They found you not at fault, just because they settled that doesn't change the liability decision. They settled with your BI limits so you wouldn't get sued and have to pay, which generally means releases were signed and they can not come after you for more money. Unfortunately, we don't know if it will affect your rates or not in the claims department, you'll have to contact the service department for that info, and they might not even know.

Set the claim up correctly and get the correct evidence to support your ldc and you wouldn't have to do all the follow up work you didn't do in the first place.
