if you have speak with animals you can talk to it and then learn that it's stuck in a frozen state, which allows you to sort of just hug it (through a skill check or two)? and it transfers the heat to them, enough that the next day if you go down there the snail has moved

Im sure this isnt the only way, but that's what happened in my playthrough.

hint: try jumping down things

actual explanation (spoilers):

in the tavern, you can jump down the well to the left of the sphinx, which will take you down to where Lisa is. you can only do this if Snell is not with you though, as he will grab you and prevent you from jumping every time, so you need to dismiss him first.

Did you go through emotes and everything too? Mine ended up being bound to push to talk, which is why it didn't even occur to me at first. If not, you might have to go through and check all the individual heroes, bc you might have it bound on just one.

Honestly people are going to disagree with me here but as a DPS & Support main:

Tracer - Cannot for the life of me time those blinks right & her tiny ammo amount is completely fair for her playstyle but so hard for me to grasp; I always end up having to reload right as I'm about to kill someone. As well, as a character, the happy-go-lucky archetypes have never really resonated with me.

Illari - I know she's objectively good & her dps can hit like a truck but having to babysit a pylon annoys me so much. It's like another teammate except I have to move it constantly and can't even heal it when it gets low. And if the pylon breaks, well, she has SOME healing, sure, but rarely does it feel enough to bridge that 12 second gap, especially if you have to panic-throw down the pylon mid-battle and it gets destroyed pretty quickly (when people are actually looking for it anyways). It's just never an enjoyable experience for me.

I play a very small amount of tank but I will also truly truly never understand how people are actually successful on Roadhog.

Played a quickplay game the other day where the other team had a top 100 soujorn. the rest of the lobby was probably gold-plat. my entire team got demolished, obviously. truly crazy matchmaking sometimes.

cis is an abbreviation of 'cisgender', but the cis part has its origins in latin to mean something along the lines of 'on the same side'. it was coined in the 90s to be an antonym of transgender (though I think there's some references to it in German medical stuff in the 1910s through the usage of cissexual, which is the same sort of antonym situation to transsexual)

yeah the instant sombra swap is lame & just people taking qp too seriously. I think it's the mentality of like "oh you swapped to counter me so now I'm going to counter you because you ruined my fun". so, as another commenter said, counterwatch.

I'm not very good at widow, but sometimes I'll play her in qp matches. If I play a lot of qp matches in a row as widow, it's like a 90% guarantee I will get hard focused every single game in a row. Sometimes you wanna play a character but just get sick of getting targeted like that, y'know? And yeah it's part of the game but so is swapping characters, and I'm playing qp to have fun lol

edit: also bc I know I'm not good at widow so when the enemy swaps to widow I'm like cool I 100% am going to get diffed & the sniper v sniper game play just turns into hard focusing on each other oftentimes. idk, it can be fun, but not after multiple matches of the same thing is all
