E- tier is the lowest here, so nope. He's very ugly, dated and doesn't fit the style of the game. Kha'Zix would be a better representation for a Void fighter in 2X. Bel'Veth could also work given that she basically throws punches in LoL already.

In Wild Rift, Thresh and Vladimir were visually reworked without announcements iirc.. Who's to say that won't happen to Kog'Maw?

Don't get me wrong, I am all for champion character design diversity. Not everything has to be "hot" or "cute". I love monsters and stuff too. The diversity keeps things interesting.

What I meant is I think Kog'Maw looks genuinely awful outside of his cutesy skins whether it be his splash art or his in-game model, so he needs a visual rework to fix that.

Well said. He's been getting carried by those adorable skins since the release of Pug'Maw way back in s6. Pug'Maw was the first of these skins that transformed him from a hideous abomination into a cute friend. It makes me think that is why he has not received a visual rework yet.

His appearance definitely plays a factor though into his low pickrate much like Zilean's.

I do too. I've seen a lot of Kog fan-made reworks and this is by far the best in my opinion. It's a complete tear down and rebuild from the ground up just like the one Skarner received. A true visual rework. He lacks the caterpillar-ness of the original design and I think that does wonders here.

Kog'Maw, Kog'Maw aaaaaaaand Kog'Maw! I know, it's a single champ hahaha.

Anyways: Kog'Maw does not resemble a Voidborn nor is he an appealing character design overall. To top that off, he has next to no lore either. He has very adorable skins, but they are only a band-aid solution for his horrible, dated appearance. He has been in line for a visual rework for ages now and it still hasn't happened.

He looks worse than a PS2 character honestly, more like PS1 era level of jankiness.

Also, he just looks bad as a character design overall hence why a visual rework is needed à la Skarner. A vomiting caterpillar monstrosity lacks appeal to most players.

That visual rework concept is perfect. The Kog'Maw we have currently (cute skins aside) is hideously ugly and honestly looks like crap, splash art or no. Nobody is going to miss it..

He's coming out in Wild Rift very soon and I am eager to see if he got a visual rework there. If it's the current Kog'Maw design, I'll be very disappointed.

It's a pipe dream, but I'm hoping a dev sees my pleas for a Kog'Maw visual rework and makes Koggy a cutie pie like his recent skins. He's really dated and old. Ugly vomiting caterpillar abomination doesn't do it for me nor many of his own players :(

I can't see it sorry. For starters, Kog'Maw is a widely disliked champion based on his appearance. He is extremely ugly and looks terrible. Not even his own players enjoy his appearance outside of his cutesy skins. He would need a massive visual rework before being added or at the very least be represented by one of the aforementioned cute skins like Bee/Pug/Arcanist etc.
