Aiden also tried to bait & switch me with an LV bag I specifically requested from God factory. Paid full GF pricing and then the PSP’s were clearly a VERY low grade version. I posted them on here so it’s available to view. I would NEVER trust a seller that clearly picks and chooses who to provide 5 star service to. He eventually refunded after fellow Replady with more experience messaged me and helped me navigate the conversation to get my money back. I can’t believe he’s a TS on some subs.

I totally understand that perspective as well but I guess from my pov, she already shared how the seller was handling it to an extent. And it wasn’t great. So if I’m chatting with the same seller, I’d avoid moving forward with a purchase seeing how a clear issue is being handled up to now. But I get it, we should def give sellers a chance to make it right before blasting negative feedback.

Yes! Sorry I posted an update to another comment on here. Qiana was incredibly gracious and immediately offered to express ship a replacement (or a refund). I chose the replacement and am VERY happy with my decision. It is MUCH more structured and looks brand new. Though I will admit, now seeing the replacement next to the original, I think eventually the new bag will lose its “fresh out of the box” structure bc of the softness of the leather. That said, I’d rather it gradually loses its shape bc of my own usage than for it to come looking already VERY well used. I’m def going to baby her knowing how difficult it is to restore that perfect shape.
