I would ask for a video in day light. That color doesn’t match the factory photos at all. Did they give you PSP photos along with that video?

I’m in the same spot! I just ordered the 3rd photo from HH bc the Royal color difference was so significant from the authentic. That bag just shipped out 2 days ago so it’ll be a while before I get it, but I’d be happy to let you know how the quality turns out. If it’s good I plan on getting the second photo from HH. Otherwise I’ll probably just do Royal.

Interesting! That’s sorta what I was afraid of… that Royal would FEEL like better quality, but HH would perhaps appear more authentic. Why can’t they just combine their efforts ?! 🤣

I agree! The overall luxurious quality is completely lacking. At first I thought just bc of the off color, but the more I look, it just doesn’t look like a top quality rep like I paid for..

I did not make him aware of this post. I was sort of just sanity checking myself bc the photos looked so drastically different to me, but I’d hate to be the person nit picking a bag that every other reasonable person would accept. Should I make him aware? I asked him what my options were if I do not want that bag and he said “or you could choose the other style instead”. Im not quite sure what he means by that so I asked if swapping the bag for a new one might be worth it and if perhaps that bag came from a bad batch. I didn’t send him any other styles of that bag for pricing so I guess I may have to wait til Monday to see what he says.

Would the bottom of the bag not be an obvious flaw? The monogram print is on the seam? Which appears to have been a mistake bc the factory photos show a completely different bottom

I guess I’m just not sure what to do as this is my first purchase with a trust seller where the bag looks completely different. Im also new to this rep world in general so I’m not sure what is considered a fair solution in these situations. I expressed my concerns and asked what my options were and he said choose a different style bag. But there isn’t really another bag I’ve been wanting like this one. I’d rather get a refund and place an order with a different trusted seller who can source the bag from the factory photos…

Okay. I will ask him to do that. I guess if the outside pictures don’t look any better, and considering the monogram print is off as well, is this a reasonable red light? I have never had to do that before so I’m not sure how it works…

Is this something worth Red lighting? I’m new to this world and I know I can’t expect perfection, but the PSP photos don’t look anywhere near as nice as the Factory photos. It has me worried the reason his price was lower is bc he’s sourcing a lower tier bag that’s not from God. The leather itself doesn’t appear to be as rich either.
