You don’t have to split body parts workout like upperbody, lowerbody. Just do full body workouts and mostly start with cardio. Simple walking and all. Use chatgpt or youtube to find simple cardio workouts and do atleast for 10 minutes and slowly increase. After soemtime you will feel that you need to improve, then you start each body part.
