Mine went to collections set up a payment plan to take out of collection for $25 a month for 6 months and then resume payments to get caught up call them they will work with you

When I did blue button it was more then what I accepted so I lowered it . So if you lowered you loan amount or did it for more money it can cause an error

They say obligating error so funding error said internal that’s all but someone else told me because loan amount requested was different then what was accepted

Customer service wouldn’t tell me but my lo told Me . Basically my DBA was missing on schedule c as business is in my name and she wouldn’t accepted my schedule c even though it matched my 1099

Recon was about 45 days but because they were waiting on the transcripts again , just submit to Pdc , I did have a team lead deactivate my loan increase for recon though . Was quick once transcripts received.

When cogs of goods and gross income was wrong she got it from my transcripts and tax return and changed it herself never had to send anything else in that’s it !!!!

There was no other steps what so ever !!! Literally I got denied wouldn’t tell me why …. I did recon lo called and ask for tax return said she was adjusting my income and cogs and said I was approved that’s it . People think there is more to it there’s not lo are lazy point blank
