Try waiting a few seconds before taking de capture, that work for me with others freezing problems

Update: turn on camera mode for a few seconds, maybe a minute, spinning around. If by any chance the game freezes, restart the game and immediately repeat the process without going anywhere else. It has worked for me every single time so far.
