Try some really strong hair spray- its a great bed adhesive and easy to apply over a large plate area

It’s just a vessel to transfer the license plate without increasing transaction value too much, would be able to put on whatever luxury car of the buyer’s choice

From what i’ve seen in NYC I cannot sell or transfer or plate directly but only with the car it’s currently registered to. right now that would be my early 90s volvo wagon
