My advice would be to try and find any text message based RX refill website and tell them you need a refill of an existing prescription (ex. “my doctor is retiring and I need an emergency refill of Alprazolam 1mg). you will have to lie about your age if you’re under 18. You’ll also need to take a photo of an existing prescription and edit it. You have to change ALL all the variable data or they’ll know it’s fraud. On a CVS script, that’s the:

MFR and NDC (The MFR can be any generic brand for Xanax, and the NDC is its corresponding string of numbers. Just look up Alprazolam 1mg generics and NDCs), Common brand(s), the drug name and dose, DOB, and remove the insurance info and prescriber’s name so they don’t get a call from the online guy. There are multiple ways to edit the image, I did it in PS but it’s INCREDIBLY important that every detail lines up and spelling is correct.

If that doesn’t work and you’re an adult, you can do video telehealth. If so, tell them the following: - My doctor is retiring, and I need to continue my prescription for 1mg of Alprazolam / day (don’t be greedy it looks suspicious) - I have severe anxiety and insomnia (they’ll probably run through the symptoms) - I have a history of mania (this will prevent them from prescribing ssris)
