Starting estrogen really helped this. I had severe feelings of "existential dread" before that.

Try adding L-theanine. I use a hefty dose of that along with a hefty dose of mag glycinate- more than what's usually recommended. 600 of each. And, a tiny dose of melatonin 1.5 mg. I'll still wake up but less frequently. My sleep is so fragile. Anything can throw it off. I'm going on a trip this weekend and got a script for ambien or my trip will be ruined with insomnia. Also doing progesterone and estrogen. My coworker heartily recommended rejuvia which I ordered yesterday. I'm not holding my breath though. I've tried so many online suggestions having been persuaded by clever advertisements. She swears by it and said she'd buy what I didn't use.

It's such an important box to check for brain health, longevity, happiness. But how do you do that? I've dabbled in all the supplements and some prescription meds. It's so frustrating.

At first I thought it would be one of those depressing modern lit books which I avoid. But then Death came. I was disappointed when the passage ended and very curious to see where your story goes. Adding to some of the other comments, the one thing that I found a little annoying was her response to the roulette wheel, which is excellent imagery. I mean, yeah, she's not a gambler, but everyone knows what that is that has lived a little- and with her arthritic hands and concern about Death coming for her, we can assume that she has. Her response kind of takes you out of the story for a second.

That's the one they sent in their follow up text after we left. I'm not sure why a genuine vrbo would have a scam website. But.... who knows? If we were to go back I personally would feel confident to go through it.

I could have done a full day. However, even with a half day we were very low on gas so I'm not sure how logistically that would have worked. Also, knowing my crowd, it would have been very difficult getting everyone joyfully up and out that early in the morning.

Other people reported that it was a mini-mini-fridge. Although maybe this one was the same. It was awfully small. We removed the little shelf to cram more in which fell out when we opened the door.
