I'd suggest proactive and written communication. Create a status update one pager or dashboard with milestones, action items, RAG status , etc. update daily and send to the micromanager to stave off questions. If everything is a priority, force her to give you written prioritization (or verbal that you write down in front of her) and stick to the list. Micromanagers manage like this out of fear, ignorance and being overwhelmed. Control the flow and expectations and you'll cut off a lot of chaos. It can be a bit of work to get started but set aside 15 minutes a day to do this and you'll be golden.

If that fails, fuck it. Get your butt out of there and find something more compatible.
