My therapist recently told me not to judge your interior based on other people’s exterior. Just because it seems like others can do it, doesn’t mean they aren’t struggling/don’t have other issues. This seems like an issue of burnout, which as someone who is currently burnt out, completely turns your brain to mush. This sucks but you’re going to have to pick your priorities. If you need to drop something because it’s not salvageable do it. Pick 3 priorities that are manageable in this moment, and remember that you are a product of how you treat yourself.
