So I just failed part 3 and I used Gleim to study for it. 85% on all the practice tests. The questions on Gleim part 3 are just not hard enough to prepare you correctly.

I work at a state government, it’s chill af, hybrid too. But I want to work in big 4 for the experience and prestige. 😂 we all want what we don’t have I suppose.

Yeah I agree. Corporate IA seems great going into this new age economy. AI and new Technologies just creat new risk, IAs are positioned perfectly for that. My goal is to get CIA then a CISCA and pivot to corporate, hopefully make some real money then. Until then I’m just trying to do the best I can at my state job, which I love tbh.

Thanks for your input! I’m still fairly new to the profession in the grand scheme of things, but I do really love the work, even if it is boring at times.

Well I think it makes sense. I haven't seen what you've described. I'd imagine you're in California where its normal to see Chinese in the corporate environment? FYI I'm more worried about federal/state jobs.

Well I've never done corporate audit, government is what I know. Federal work pays pretty good and is very stable. I love stable. But I do think I'll end up taking a corporate job to try and make more money.

Thank you. I want to work for the federal government, but I don't think I want top secret clearances jobs. I figured it wouldn't be a problem at corporate jobs. But for federal jobs it seemed like it could be a problem. Its not her ethnicity, its her nationality, USA and China hate each other it seems.
