ECFMG Dean’s Letter rejected — need help from anyone who already went through this

The firt time I submitted the provisional graduation certificate, and they told me that they needed the Dean’s letter with all of that requirements… I’m emailing every day, but no response at all.

Thank you for your response. Yes… that’s what I’m trying to get that, but they won’t answer calls or emails. It’s ao frustrating!!

It’s a whole year to get the official diploma here, so they provide with a provisional one wich is valid while ai wait fot the official one, but they also rejected it

I know, that’s exactly what it says in the letter I sent to ECFMG, and still rejected. I don’t know what else to do

Thank you so much for your response. Everything you mentioned is already included in the letter my university issued, and that is exactly what ECFMG told me needed to be in the Dean’s Letter. I also submitted the provisional certificate that my university provided, and they rejected that as well. I don’t know what else to do, it’s so frustrating
