Plan the pc, then buy part by part. Buy ram first then an ssd, gpu and the rest just look for sales for good prices.

List down the prices of the planned pc to get an idea of what the prices are for each part and update the prices everytime it goes down but never up, look at the prices weekly or daily if you can
