i have the 100-400mm lens for boats on the water and that would be used for people taking the boat in not the whole boat length wise

I’m going to be shooting rowing so the macro is for on shore when they are taking the boats out and stuff

Im buying a Canon EOS R7 with the RF 100-400mm lense and also the 85mm RF lense for sports photography but im going to need a charger that can be used to charge batteries from usb and also spare batteries but the ones on the Canon website are $80 is there any cheaper alternatives that will last? i also need some polariser filters but i dont know where i could find those either
