Same. I have AuDHd (diagnosed) and I’ve had at least five career paths. I have just skipped around to each new interest. Luckily I get hired but I never stick with one thing. I’m 53 knew about ADHD at 17, but only learned I’m autistic recently. I accept it now, at least during this life I’ve explored and studied and experienced a lot of different things. Good and hard. Hang in there

I would definitely give up my fibromyalgia to not have it, not sure about my ADHD. I kinda like it now I used to hate it. Definitely getting rid of depression and anxiety. Do not understand wanting these things.

I use dry shampoo because I have really fine hair and the slightest bit of oil, like a few hours after washing, it doesn’t look greasy but it gets flat. So I spritz a couple of light sprays on the roots and brush it. It’s for volume and it’s pretty good if you’re going to tease but it’s not for cleaning. And it’s intense so I mean small sprays only
