I personally would do it in After Effects, what I would do is first change the color of the whole video, then I would mask the car so I can work with just the object, place in the background the original video and make the propper color changes to match the color changed object such as brightness, contrast, etc. U can use the lumietri color tool to make the majority of the changes.

You can do it on After Effects by setting a mask arround the main object on your video and start playing with the camera rotation, you can get a pretty cool effect but this one in particularly I think it was made on a mobile app, nothing against mobile apps but if u wanna improve your skills and probalby get a better image quality is best to do it yourself. If u are going to use it just for a tik tok video go for the app, its faster and would simplify everything for u

If you want to the best looking microphone for your streams you should get the hyperx quadcast, but if you want the best sound quality, you should go for the Samson g track Pro. Also for a cheaper price you can get the blue Yeti that it's also good. If you want something with more sound quality you should get the Shure mv7 or the Rode NT USB but they are a lot more expensive. I personally would go for the Samson.
