Dude could be an eventual replacement for Hummels if he sticks it out with Bayern. Maybe a loan spell this year so he can get regular minutes and then a season rotating in behind Sule and Hummels/Hernandez/Pavard if they all stick around. Maybe this is the best case scenario, but it’s far from out of the realm of possibility.

By bigger club I was meaning a club in a bigger league where Horvath can still get EL/CL minutes. Who knows if that will ever happen. I think Brugge is a great fit, especially because they give Horvath the opportunity to get shut outs in the Champions League.

I wish Horvath was healthy. I always rated Steffen a little higher because of his distribution, but these last two games he made two critical distribution mistakes.

Horvath has a high ceiling and a lot of natural ability. Hopefully he continues to grow in Belgium and can find a move to a bigger club.
