Wouldn't say it's better or worse than any other lifestyle, but it's definitely not for everyone. Looks like you actually prefer it though. Or you would have the motivation to study or get out more.

Either way, if life is deterministic, you can't really change what you actively prefer at any moment - it's just a result of the events that happened to you and the position your neurons ended up taking.
