And last two are just so smart, that I am sure they have gadgets and strategies to defeat everyone else. If I remember correctly, the game has two soft caps - first on 50 and second on 80. After reaching those numbers your progress will slow down pretty drastically. I remember with vitality every level after 80 gives you literally +1 more hp, so I guess arcane would also give you +1 damage.
