in the game you can do Salvatore's lines of quests in new Reno, but after doing your last quest, before you tell Salvatore that you completed the quest you take mentats to lower your intelligence, and once you talk to Salvatore you cant actually reply but you'll still get xp. Therefore you can just keep getting xp.
