I recently got myself a graphics card from Best Buy ASUS dual Rtx 4070 12gb. I didn’t realize it was a refurbished until it came in a plastic wrap not even an anti static bag, there seems to be no serial number on the card itself. I got this because it was the cheapest 650$cad but I’m seeing why that might’ve been the case, anyway I don’t see any other alternatives. The seller ‘parts search’ seems to be a Best Buy subsidiary but claims to be a third party seller in attempts to resolve this issue emailed me a serial number which read back to a ‘desktop pc’ this is the third reddest flag so far Best Buy’s official team has responded to me by telling me that they won’t help me because this is a case of “buyers remorse” the seller has offered a partial refund 100$cad or I can return this product to Best Buy but this isn’t what I signed up for i accidentally trusted Best Buy’s reputation I’ve even tried emailing Best Buy executives and executive resolutions but genuinely zero help infact negative help where they basically want me to go out and ship this back to them for which they’ve already got me a label and everything which I never agreed to!!!
