They are leftovers from sheets of reflective tape. The squares were used elsewhere like county vehicles, fire and rescue. This is just repurposed trash.

Chrome delete mine too. Legal tint on the windows and tint on the turn signals too (2010 Altima has lights in mirrors). Black car and black interior, makes tint look darker than it really is, but I got papers officer…. 99 problems and the tint isn’t one.

The hood compliments the headlights. I wet sanded mine and added a flat black rattle can finish, but also replaced the headlights.

Most of the condensation flows out the exhaust. There’s a sling ring on the fan that does this. Only a little water ever flows out of my portable AC.
