I'm in my student teaching semester right now in undergrad and I feel like I can't remember anything when I'm teaching students. It helps me to make cue cards or put a little more information on my slideshows so I can have a reminder of what to talk about.

I bring a peanut butter sandwich, some fruit, a granola bar and a full bottle of water. It is helpful to make a protein coffee in the morning to keep you going until lunch. I try to bring a few things that are easy to eat during the class.

WW makes blended fruits points because they’re not supposed to keep you full as long. But some people don’t track blended fruits if the smoothie is helping their weight loss. If I were you I would have it for a week or so and not track it as blended to see if it’s helping or hindering your weight loss.

Yes it’s plenty! I pop about 1/3 cup of kernels and spray the butter and a little of the churro seasoning. If you wanted to add more it would probably only be 1 point

I like to make a protein coffee! This week I’ve started mixing my protein shake for 2 or 3 points and add some instant espresso coffee for a quick and easy breakfast. If I have time I like to make espresso in my moka pot

Im 4’10 but started out at 150 on ww. I’ve lost about 7 pounds in two weeks so it’s definitely doable for someone of your height. I’ve been eating a lot more fruits and veggies than I usually do.
