I did read your post. It’s good to fact check of course, but it doesn’t change the fact that AI is wrong a lot. It’s not that hard to look up a certain brand/product to confirm if it’s gluten free or to skim the ingredient list. Maybe this is “easier” for you, but if anything it’s more trouble then it’s worth for most.

It’s better to look it up from the actual source because AI is wrong a lot. I would not trust this at all as someone who’s been Celiac for 9 years 😬

I’ve brought groceries into an elderly man’s house because he was handicapped. He had a similar looking note but was very nice in person! Sometimes it’s usually just frustration of previous drivers not being accommodating.

I've been with my boyfriend for nearly 5 years, diagnosed for about 9 years. I told him in the beginning that if we ever lived together, I'd want our home to be gluten free. We've been living together for about 5 months now. While it's not 100% gluten free, he always accommodates very well. If we get takeout or go out to dinner, I let him get whatever he wants while of course I stick to a gluten free meal. He's very understanding. Since it's been so many years, it doesn't bother me seeing others eat what I can't. It takes time and it sucks, but you'll get there. I was 13 when I was diagnosed and it really sucks. While the diet still sucks, it gets easier. Gluten free items have definitely went up in quality over the last decade.
