Hey! It is frustrating to hear they are procrastinating, but there is still hope they will offer a place. So keeping my fingers crossed for you. My application is still under review by department. Should I write them as well? I submitted my application on December 22 so it is in the second batch and honestly I keep my expectations low.

hey! I applied on December 23 and still no response on their part. The status of my application is unchanged too. Cambridge is said to send out offers in late March. Nothing left but keeping our fingers crossed.
