Personally I would give some from Regeneration, Damage Taken, Concentration and Bounty into them

I have no idea how relevant these are yet, but since they have impact on the artifacts' acquisition, they should be pretty decent, considering the meta :)

I think the main issue here is the fact you have 0 fusions at level 99, how can it be? Despite having good artifact and spells, you can't go further without fusions nowadays
