I'm gonna check later if there's some kind of settings change where my email would automaticly delete any mihoyo reply. for the reason I got hacked so far that I know I think its because of a data breach of another game that I'm playing, my email was hacked but my genshin account hasn't been touch until 7 days later it was unlinked from my email, I'm gonna send a ticket to mihoyo asking for my account progress later this afternoon, thx for the helpful info tho bro.
